This may not be correct. Born …son of Charles and Mary Jane Fitton of Timperley, Cheshire England. He was enlisted with the Canadian Infantry (Manitoba Regiment) “A” Coy 16th Battalion. On August 8th 1918, he was killed at the age of 31 He is buried at the Hangard Wood British Cemetery in Somme France (Grave I.C.20)
