Tremlett Foster Knox
 
 
Tremlett was born on September 11th 1879 in Cape Town South Africa. His parents were Mr. and Mrs. Robert Foster Knox and they lived in PrairieValley, specifically Balcomo. Tremlett worked as a fruit grower and lived in Garnett Valley DL 480, Bk 13. At the age of 36 Tremlett enlisted on December 6th 1915 initially with the 62nd Battalion. In December Tremlett left for Vancouver on the Kettle Valley Railway.   Later Tremlett became a member of the 2nd Canadian Mounted Rifles. Private T.F. Knox  died on September 30th 1916. He is buried at the StumpRoadCemetery, SommeFrance. (Grave B.38) (R# 464560)
